My cartridge is not working. Can I bring it back?

Absolutely! We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Along with that guarantee, we do need to comply with the regulations that govern our industry. One of the requirements that is beyond our control is that any cannabis product being returned to a retail store must be in the original packaging with the lot number intact. Without the packaging, we are unfortunately prohibited from accepting a return. Additionally, products must be returned to the location that they are purchased from. We recommend keeping the package for your cartridge until you are finished with it, in the rare event there is an issue. Many issues with cartridges can be resolved with a minor adjustment to either the battery or the cartridge. Feel free to give us a call at 877-934-2020, and one of our budtenders would be happy to help you troubleshoot over the phone.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol or CBD is a non-intoxicating component of the cannabis plant with enormous therapeutic potential. Most won’t feel “stoned” off CBD alone, and some individuals find that it actually counters the effects of THC. The reason why CBD is non-psychoactive is due to its lack of affinity for cannabinoid receptors, which are the pathways responsible for the psychoactive effects of THC. CBD products purchased from our stores are cannabis derived which provide a larger spectrum of cannabinoids than CBD derived from hemp. For more information about CBD, come in and talk to one of our budtenders.

While there are many success stories surrounding CBD, it’s not for everyone, and it is not a cure-all. We recommend talking with your healthcare practitioner to see if they recommend cannabis as a treatment. We encourage you to stop in and speak with one of our knowledgeable budtenders, who can work with you to find a product that may help you. We want you to have a pleasant experience with cannabis, so it’s important to be truthful with your budtender about your history with cannabis. Feel free to ask as many questions as you like, we are happy to work with first timers, as well as veteran cannabis consumers.
